Property Inventory Clerk
Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident working independently? I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a leading property management company, which is seeking a Property Inventory Clerk to join their dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring properties are well-maintained and ready for seamless tenant transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
* Prepare detailed inventory reports
* Log and report maintenance issues
* Upload tenant reports and schedule follow-ups for the Property Manager
* Collect and return keys as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Location, Salary & Hours:
Location: Segensworth, Hampshire
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE + OTE + Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
