We are excited to offer a fixed-term opportunity for a dynamic HR Administrator to join our client, a global financial services organisation, for a 6-month full-time contract. This has the potential to be extended or go permanent. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive experience and timely communication. ?? Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, transfers, and off-boarding. Manage family leave and other leave administration, including occupational health referrals. Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations to resolve employee queries. Support employee relations by preparing correspondence and drafting settlement agreements. Assist in international relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements. Maintain data integrity in our Workday system and support data entry and auditing. ?? Process Improvement: Analyse employee data to identify trends and suggest improvements. Recommend solutions to streamline processes, focusing on automation and efficiency. Contribute to the development of EMEA HR policies and procedures. Foster strong relationships across teams to share knowledge and best practises. Experience & Skills: Confident at dealing with hands-on HR process management experience. Proficient with HR Information Systems (preferably Workday) Experience in working in a similar financial institution - Private Equity, Asset management, Hedge funds etc) Knowledge of EMEA employment laws Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. ??
