Job Description
He aha te tūranga- About the role:
As a Hato Hone St John First Aid Tutor you will deliver First Aid courses to our key business customers and to the general public. This includes First Aid, as well as our Mental Health First Aid programme.
As a casual First Aid Tutor, you will facilitate courses on an 'as needed' basis. We deliver courses 7 days a week, so flexibility on your availability is key. Our days can also be long, so you may be required outside of the standard 9-5pm day.
We are looking for confident, motivated First Aid Tutors with a passion for the delivery of high-quality training, in a way that engages attendees and delivers great results for our customers.
* Starting rate of $29.67/hour.
* Increase to $30.40/hour once signed off to teach independently.

Qualifications
Ko wai koe- About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* (Ideally) adult education or workshop facilitation experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with people from all walks of life, with the ability to motivate others.
* Confident communication and presentation skills.
* The ability to problem solve and stay calm while doing so.
* Awesome organisational and planning skills.
* Enthusiasm to complete relevant adult education qualifications.
