Description As A payroll Officer you will be responsible for: Accurate processing of company payroll on a monthly basis. Handling employee queries regarding payroll and related issues. Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and best practices. Assisting with end of year processes, including P60s. Reconciliation of payroll accounts to ensure accuracy. Maintenance and updating of payroll records. Production of payroll reports for management. Collaboration with HR and finance teams. Profile A successful Payroll Administrator should have: A strong understanding of payroll procedures and legislation. Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
