Description This position supports the Europe North Area Presidency and the Area Communication and Publishing Director. The Area Creative Producer collaborates closely with colleagues responsible for content development and implementation across various channels and platforms within the Communication and Publishing Department. The primary goal of this role is to create engaging and cohesive messaging and initiatives that resonate with audiences, achieving greater reach and efficiency. The Creative Producer leads the creative, artistic, and marketing aspects of area productions. As the department's design lead, the person drives project production, initiate creative ideas, and deliver outstanding designs through strategic thinking. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute creative strategies from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder management. Collaborate and oversee campaigns and content development, create and implement product strategies, scout locations, create schedules, and oversee field shoots to support high-quality audiovisual productions. Manage vendor relations and projects with external agencies and freelancers. Maintain strong relationships with leadership councils and departments. Generate data-led recommendations, analyse content effectiveness, refine strategies, and ensure high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Understand market trends and optimise content for audience engagement across various platforms and channels. Expertise in animation, videography, cinematography, broadcasting, sound design, and video editing. Proficient with digital design tools and editing software. Qualifications BA degree with minimum 5 years of experience, in Production Management, Audiovisual/Film Production, Art Direction, Marketing or Communications, Graphic and Media Production Design, Digital Media or related field. The ideal candidate is a confident presenter with the ability to showcase work energetically and passionately. Has strong strategic thinking and exceptional design delivery skills. Has experience in overseeing the entire production process and managing various production-related fields. Has prior experience in creative leadership roles. Advantage advertising or marketing agency background. Technical proficiency with digital design tools and editing software (Illustrator/InDesign/AdobePremier Pro/Rush/Final Cut Pro) Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of products and campaigns. Strong creative and strategic skills with the ability to align messaging with organisational goals.
