Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver small group and one-to-one interventions under the guidance of teaching staff. Assist in developing and adapting resources to meet individual learning needs. Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and building confidence. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect. Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to staff and parents as needed. Encourage and promote good behavior and engagement in learning activities. Contribute to the planning and delivery of personalized education plans. Qualifications and Experience: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting. A strong understanding of supporting students with diverse needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
