You will be joining a small team in HR on a fixed term contract, to support during a busy period of change.
Job Description
The HR Business partner will be responsible for:
* Working closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
* Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
* Managing employee relations cases, from initial advice to resolution
* Supporting recruitment processes to ensure the attraction of top talent
* Driving performance management processes
* Overseeing the implementation of training and development programmes
* Leading on change management projects within the organisation
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
* A level 5 CIPD qualification
* Experience working in an HR role, ideally within Education
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
* A desire for an office based role (no hybrid working)
Please note- as this is a fixed term role, you should be available on short notice.
