EDI & Wellbeing Specialist\n\nContract Type: Permanent\n\nWorking Pattern: Full time with hybrid working available (2 days in the office per week)\n\nLocation: London\n\nSalary: £47,000-£49,500k\n\nJoin our client, a leading charity, as an EDI & Wellbeing Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing agenda. You will be instrumental in developing strategies with a focus of improving and influencing accessibility and inclusivity of their fundraising, whilst promoting EDI across their charitable programmes and grants.

You will collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the organisation, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed diversity and wellbeing goals.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEmbed the EDI strategy to cultivate diverse teams and an inclusive environment.\nEstablish and implement a new comprehensive wellbeing strategy across the organisation.\nCollaborate with senior leaders and employee forums to champion EDI and Wellbeing initiatives.\nProvide expert advice on complex EDI matters.\nLead operational activities to attract and retain a diverse workforce.\nMonitor and report on EDI and Wellbeing metrics and measure progress on priorities to drive cultural development.\nFacilitate workshops and leadership forums on inclusive behaviours.\nPartner with external stakeholders to drive EDI and wellbeing programmes to influence accessibility and inclusivity of their fundraising partnerships.Candidate Requirements\n\nDemonstrable experience in successfully developing and managing EDI initiatives across different sectors.\nPrevious experience in driving organisational change through EDI and wellbeing initiatives and activities.\nKnowledge of workforce equality, diversity and inclusion matters, and an understanding of what wellbeing means and best practice.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to translate key insights and trends into actionable plans. \n\nIf you would like to discuss this role further and receive a copy of the role profile then we would love to hear from you, please click apply online today and a member of the team will be in touch.\n\nWe are Adecco Public Sector, part of The Adecco Group.
