Operations Admin Supervisor
Fresh People are currently seeking an Operations Administration Supervisor to join a reputable security solutions business based in the Mid Kent area. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, managing day-to-day administration and operational tasks that ensure smooth service delivery across multiple sites. In this role, you will be organizing the workflow for the team ensuring continual productivity of the team in line with contract specifications.
The Person
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Administration Supervisor ideally from a security solutions industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, with the ability to work autonomously whilst managing tight deadlines, building effective working relationships, and understanding budget requirements whilst managing a team. Microsoft Office proficiency is also required.
Role Requirements
1. Responsible for supervising the Operations Administrative teams ensuring all KPI’s are achieved and productivity levels are managed.
2. Gain insight into all key functions of the Operations Administration team to be able to measure the team appropriately.
3. To ensure the team understands performance targets and goals.
4. Assisting in resolving any problems and complaints that have been escalated efficiently by return.
5. Assisting with managing the credit control process ensuring purchase orders are chased effectively and efficiently, invoices are raised in accordance with management account timelines.
6. Identify comprehensive proposals for any process or streamline initiatives for consideration by the management team along with working practice.
7. Contributing to ensuring the delivery of the Operations Administration team KPI’s.
8. Working to the team’s priorities to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction both for internal and external customers.
9. Controlling budgets effectively monitoring spend throughout the financial year of the department.
10. Identify training and development needs of the team.
11. Flexibility to work at company HQ in Chatham with weekly travel to the London office.
12. Monitor and mentor teams through process/change management, leading project teams when implementing new systems.
13. To follow and adhere to the companies Compliance Procedures and Company Operating Procedures.
