This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting corporate and commercial clients in the aviation industry. No two days are the same, and you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: Assisting the customer support team with order management, tracking progress, and keeping customers informed. Preparing and processing customer repair orders, quotations, and final paperwork in line with regulatory requirements. Acting as a liaison between internal departments, including purchasing, workshop, and logistics, to maintain smooth operations. Building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers. Requirements To be successful in the role of Customer Service Executive, it is important that you are a naturally organised individual - this role is very process driven and meticulous attention to detail is vital. Experience in the aviation sector is not necessary; all elements of the role can be taught to someone with the right attitude. You will be a confident communicator with strong IT skills. No two days are the same in this role, so you must be able to multitask and prioritise. Due to the location of the company, you must drive and have access to your own transport. This role could suit someone who has worked as a Customer Service Assistant, Administrator, or Sales Support Coordinator.
