Our Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and assuming responsibility for your store as required.
What you'll be doing
1. Maximise contribution by helping to achieve budget sales and controlling costs.
2. Assist Store Manager in managing store costs without jeopardising store objectives.
3. Assist with training, development and motivation of staff in order to achieve the highest possible levels of customer service and performance.
4. Manage the customer experience as part of the TWC multi-channel strategy.
5. Manage customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Ensure that customer service standards are adhered to and business opportunities are maximised.
7. Manage the store presentation including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising so it is reflective of the brand.
8. Maintain open communication up and down within the store, across to other departments and ultimately the customer.
9. Responsible for adherence within the store of all company policies and procedures, as per the policies and procedures manual.
10. Responsible within the store for health and safety compliance.

1. Supervisory experience.
2. Exposure to your current store's KPIs and objectives with an understanding of how they are performing.
3. Retail or service industry experience.
