Salary - £27,706 per annum with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, OTE- £6,000 per annum
Working hours/Shift patterns- 40 hours per week, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No weekend working!

Currys Business is a leading provider of B2B technology solutions, offering a wide range of products and services to businesses across the UK. We are expanding our Lead Generation team and seeking a results-driven individual to help drive new business opportunities and support our sales teams.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Outbound Lead Generation:
* Proactively call various data streams to identify potential customers.
* Engage with businesses to understand their needs and introduce Currys Business solutions.
* Generate qualified sales opportunities and set appointments for the sales team.
Product & Market Expertise:
* Become an expert in the Currys Business B2B product range and services.
* Educate potential customers about our offerings, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
Collaboration & Sales Support:
* Work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
* Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Customer Awareness & Engagement:
* Conduct calls primarily with existing Currys Business customers to raise awareness of new solutions.
* Develop strong relationships with prospects to nurture potential future sales.
You will need:
* Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development (preferably in a B2B setting).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
* Resilience to be comfortable with outbound calling and working towards targets.
* To be a team player who can work effectively with sales teams.
* To be Tech-Savvy, familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
* Drive and ambition, a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
