In this role, you will support the Operational Finance team with data management and analysis to make strategic decisions based on accurate financial numbers. You will act as a trusted advisor to departmental and operational leaders, supporting their financial understanding and decisions. You will be responsible for: Collaborate with regional managers to ensure accurate weekly staffing levels and timely submissions. Analyse weekly admissions and discharges for reporting purposes. Prepare occupancy analyses for bimonthly board meetings. Complete weekly KPI and spend reports promptly. Work closely with regional and home managers to understand and manage budgets. Visit sites to assess staffing requirements and explain differences using dependency tools. Assist with staff budget setting for sites and monitor staffing levels post-opening. Support administrative aspects of commissioning and setting up new sites. Conduct ad hoc investigations and prepare business cases for site performance.
