Customer Service Supervisor
* Location - Kirkby (L33), Liverpool
* Salary - £35,000
* Contract/Hours - Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5pm

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their busy and fast paced team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of an experienced team within an international organisation.
Role:
* The main purpose of your role is to support a customer service team who are responsible for managing sales orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
* Supporting the Customer Service Manager by acting as the first point of contact to deal with queries from internal team members
* Working with senior management to ensure correct staffing levels and training are in place to customer services personnel
* Handling customer queries, managing order processing, and communicating with other internal departments
What you'll need to succeed :
* Previous experience working with a Supervisory / Team Leader role
* International shipping experience / knowledge of exports (desirable)
* Positive approach
* Able to use own initiative
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport Excellent telephone manner
* Good PC literacy including competence in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
