Managing and mentoring one direct report, helping them develop into a CRM superstar. What Were Looking For Experience managing a CRM or CDP platform (Bloomreach experience is a bonus). A data-savvy marketer with a passion for creating engaging, behaviour-driven customer journeys. Strong attention to detailbecause when it comes to communication, every word and segment counts. A collaborative team player who can work at pace, balancing creativity with commercial impact. Experience managing people is beneficial, but not essential.
