We're on the hunt for an HR Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Business Analyst who’s ready to make a splash! If you’re a pro in HR Information Systems, especially with PeopleSoft HCM, and you thrive on optimizing HR processes through tech, this is the role for you. About the Role:
This isn’t your average HR Systems role. As the HRIS SME & Business Analyst, you’ll be the key connector between business end-users and IT. From defining system requirements to guiding end-users through new functionalities, you’ll ensure that everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System & Process Guru – Be the go-to for all things HRIS, including core HR, payroll, recruitment, and integrations. You’ll handle everything from system configurations to ensuring legislative compliance.
2. Requirements Master – Define, document, and validate business needs for HR systems, collaborating with IT and stakeholders to bring solutions to life.
3. Continuous Improvement Champion – Tackle complex business problems and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements.
4. User Training & Support – Lead training sessions and support end-users on new features and system updates to ensure smooth adoption.
5. Tech Specialist – Own system upgrades, patches, and testing. You’ll keep everything compliant, tested, and functioning at its best.
6. Collaboration Maven – Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure all systems align with business requirements and user needs.
What You Bring to the Table:
1. Experience – 5+ years in HR systems project management, ideally in HRIS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, or similar.
2. Education – Bachelor’s in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
3. Technical Know-How – Skilled in platforms like Jira and MS Project, and knowledgeable in Agile or Lean methodologies.
4. Communication Skills – You can break down complex concepts and engage confidently with business end-users and technical teams.
5. Problem-Solving Ability – You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
