Strategic Support Assistant | Bristol | Permanent
Salary: £26,460
Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 hour shifts (with one hour lunch break), between 7am - 11pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Strategic Support Assistant to manage the day-to-day Strategic Support of key/complex CitySprint contracts, providing high-level customer service and support to ensure all tasks are performed in line with Customer and Business specific SLA’s. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and build professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
Main responsibilities:
1. Confidently handle all incoming customer calls quickly, courteously, and efficiently, and action all emails received into the Strategic Team.
2. Make accurate bookings, advising clients of options to suit their requirements.
3. Complete client bookings using multiple booking platforms.
4. Proactively keep clients informed of delays or issues as advised.
5. Utilize Salesforce proactively, including updating client details, entering cases, and logging calls.
6. Produce clear and concise external reports in the appropriate format as requested by the customer.
7. Liaise with staff at all CitySprint service centres as necessary.
8. Monitor SLA performance to ensure targets are being met.
9. Highlight and investigate areas of failing performance and report to your line manager.
10. Host and manage conference calls as requested by the client and feedback any relevant action points.
The key skills needed for the role include:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
4. Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders including couriers, service centre colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
5. Adaptability to meet the changing demands of the work environment.
