Student Welfare Advisors may be expected to seek advice, and act on advice, from external agencies and statutory services regarding students in crisis. Student Welfare Advisors are expected to display mature and good judgement, discretion, an ability to relate to people at all levels, and a high degree of flexibility in response to a wide range of unpredictable situations.
