The successful candidate will enrol on the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Burnley College. This involves day-release at college.
Things to Consider: The apprentice will start on £21,000 per annum, building to £24,000 over the course of the apprenticeship.

Duties/Main Responsibilities:
* Responding to complex enquiries from customers, Financial Advisors, Representatives, and Management Companies received via post, email, and web
* Responses can be written or verbal and must be of a high standard adhering to Management Company style guides using all core systems
* Review department procedures to ensure they are up to date and comply with regulations
* Demonstrate flexibility in response to the challenging, changing environment
* Strive to exceed minimum standards of quality and productivity
* Suggest process improvements to meet the goals of the department and Management Company
* Carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
Conduct and Behaviour – Core Requirements:
* Exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the role is responsible for are organised and controlled
* Uphold responsibilities for risk and business continuity practices as appropriate to the position
* Comply with the regulatory regimes in which operates, with particular consideration to Client Asset, Data Protection, and Financial Crime Prevention regulations

Working Week:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week to be taken between 8am-6pm
