£15.38ph - £16.92ph (Equivalent to £30-33k)

Must be CIPD Level 3 or above.
Key Responsibilities
Sickness Absence Management:
Oversee sickness absence casework
Prepare and provide attendance reports using the HR system to monitor trends and inform decision-making.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Provide HR policy guidance and respond to day-to-day queries.
Manage casework on employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, maternity leave, and consultations.
Ensure compliance with employment law
HR Administration & Audits:
Take notes at formal HR meetings and support formal hearings where necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records (both paper and electronic) in line with compliance requirements.
Organisational Support & Projects:
Contribute to HR improvement projects, including policy development and process enhancement.
Support training and induction programs for staff, including sessions on absence and performance management.
Maintain and update HR content on SharePoint, the Shared Drive, and other platforms.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Advise on recruitment advertising, candidate packs, interview guides, and assessment materials.
Provide training and guidance on best recruitment practices.
Oversee the onboarding process for central team staff.
