Job Description: They are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Healthcare, Science & Laboratory projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and present design concepts, plans, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
5. Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
2. Worked through all RIBA stages.
3. Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent.
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
5. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
6. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
