Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the effective management of the service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering person-centred care.
Your duties will include: Ensuring the service meets Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and exceeds expectations.
Overseeing staff management, including training, supervision, and development.
Ensuring care plans are person-centred and support individuals in achieving their goals.
Managing resources effectively, including staffing, budgets, and physical assets.
Working closely with families, health professionals, and other agencies to provide coordinated support.
Supporting individuals in their transition to independent living and social inclusion.
Promoting a culture of dignity, independence, and choice for the people we support.
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and responding to any concerns appropriately.
Keeping accurate records in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.

A Level 5 NVQ in Management (or willingness to complete this qualification).
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Experience managing a team within mental health, learning disabilities, or autism services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
