Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage design activity for the project
* Understand client's requirements and aspirations
* Conduct detailed reviews of designs, identifying shortfalls, information conflicts, scope gaps, buildability issues, risks and opportunities
* Formal and documented resolution of design shortfalls
* Prepare and maintain risk and opportunity register
* Coordinate between designers and sub-contractors to ensure alignment
Work Location:
Join our Blandford Division, where we undertake projects valued between £1m and £15m. Specialising in Grade II Listed properties, refurbishments and contemporary new builds, each project requires meticulous management and attention to detail.

Knowledge and Expertise Required:
* Relevant design or construction degree level qualification
* Technical knowledge of construction design and detail
* Knowledge of the design process and programming
* Awareness of various forms of contract
* Understanding of commercial control
* Understanding of CDM regulations
* Experience with AutoCAD or equivalent design software is beneficial
