Your Role:
As a Retail Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team. You will manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service. Your leadership skills will motivate your team to achieve targets, maintain high standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and support your team to achieve targets
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively
- Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you
- Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
Requirements:
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
- Patient and friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm in any situation
- Passion for thriving as a key part of the store team
- Proactive approach to helping colleagues develop themselves and store operations
