Do you love coaching HR Administrators/Advisors, whilst still having a hand in with a few business directorates to business partner and support? This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR BP that loves people management to deliver a dual role of leading a small HR Admin & Advisor team of 3 people, whilst also providing Business Partner support to a couple of business units across the organisation. This role reports into the Head of HR and is part of a wider HR BP team of 5 BPs. Between the 5 of you, you will deliver HR support to an organisation of c1000 employees. You will be supported by a wider centre of excellence that includes Talent Acquisition, HR Systems and Wellbeing. This business is on a huge growth trajectory with plans to double it’s headcount from 1000 to 2000 employees by the end of 2025. The majority of this growth is planned to come through acquisition and is a great opportunity for someone to gain access to leading on acquisition processes from start to finish. It’s great if you’ve delivered acquisitions before, but the Head of HR is more than happy to develop this experience in a successful candidate. So, what’s the role? Manage a small HR Services team including a HR Advisors and 2 HR Administrators Improve and streamline processes across the HR Shared Service Centre. Looking at opportunities to drive efficiencies and provide a better customer service to the wider business Coach and mentor the HR Advisor and HR Administrator to build on their career development Act as the HR BP for a few of the business units, partnering with Director and Head of level stakeholders on delivering the people plan into their business units Deliver HR Projects across the business, looking at Engagement, Retention, Onboarding, Technology, Change Management, Talent etc. Lead on business acquisitions Support and challenge senior stakeholders on HR best practice Support the delivery of Learning & Development, working with the HR Advisor to design and deliver training workshops, and coaching line managers, on HR best practice So, if you love process, leading a team and acting as a BP for senior stakeholders, please apply now
