Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is working with a family-owned manufacturing business to bring in a specialist for Factory / Production Process Improvement!
This role will work closely with Section Leaders and the Production Manager to ensure best practices are implemented to maximize factory output and drive the shop floor workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for non-conformance and continuous improvements.
2. Process implementation and training of processes.
3. Quality improvement measures.
4. Addressing customer product complaints.
5. Assessing factory output and data collection from section leaders for analysis.
6. Support the Production Manager with projects.
The ideal candidate will have a factory or production background, experience in continuous improvement, ISO audits, and will be someone who strives for the best methods. More importantly, they should be able to influence the workforce!
