As a valued Production Operative, you will be instrumental in efficiently running our various production processes, ensuring we maximise the benefits of our significant investments in plant and machinery. Hours of Work:
1. Shifts: 06.00 to 18.00 & 18.00 to 06.00 (4 on 4 off)
2. Shifts: Monday to Thursday Day and Night
Production Operative Requirements:
1. Flexible and hardworking attitude with a keen eye for detail.
2. Quality conscious with an understanding of production processes.
3. Technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical engineering principles (advantageous).
4. A willingness to learn and grow within a leading manufacturing environment.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Production Operative Benefits:
