Support children with SEND and SEMH difficulties, using effective strategies to create a positive learning environment. Foster learning through play, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and social skills. Build strong relationships with students, helping them to feel safe, valued, and supported. Collaborate with other staff members, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for every child. The Ideal Candidate: Experience teaching Key Stage 1 students in a mainstream primary school setting. Knowledge and experience of supporting children with SEND and SEMH difficulties. Passionate about using play-based learning to enhance children’s development and engagement. A patient, empathetic approach, with a commitment to supporting every child’s success.
