Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (Basic Salary) - Dependant on Experience, & Car Allowance

We’re looking for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to be a key member of a team. Partnering with a leading social housing provider, you will play a crucial role in keeping residents informed and reassured while significant planned improvement works are carried out to residents properties.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and ensuring their concerns are handled effectively.
* Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption and create a safe, supportive living environment.
* Proactively communicate with residents to ensure smooth access arrangements and build strong relationships.
* Manage the Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
* Represent the company at client and resident meetings, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
* Act as an escalation point for complaints and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
* Keep project records updated in the on-site database.
* Arrange and lead resident consultation sessions to provide updates and gather feedback.
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or a similar customer-facing role within social housing, construction, or maintenance.
* Strong understanding of planned maintenance projects for internal and external works.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and concerns professionally.
* A proactive and organised approach, with a commitment to ensuring a positive resident experience.
