A prestigious private equity firm is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and support the delivery of tailored hiring strategies.
2. Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, providing feedback and support with references.
3. Build and maintain relationships with agencies when required, ensuring a seamless process on both sides.
4. Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, seamless, and aligned with the firm's overall people strategy.
5. Collaborate with HR and global talent teams to contribute to best practices and support firm-wide recruitment projects.
6. Provide administrative and operational support to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience for stakeholders and candidates alike.
The Profile:
1. A background in talent acquisition in a high touch, global environment within Financial or Professional Services is preferable.
2. An ability to autonomously balance a busy workload, managing multiple priorities, including hands-on recruitment as well as coordination of processes.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
4. A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
