Example Recruitment Group are looking for a Recruitment Admniistrator / Resourcer to join our team and be responsible for finding the very best talent in the market for our clients.
The role of Recruitment Administrator/ Resourcer involves working with our Consultants to search for suitable candidates for our requirements as well as carrying out vetting processes and qualification interviews. You will also arrange interviews, take references and carry out related administration in line with our clients on-boarding procedures.
The successful Administrator / Resourcer will need:
• Excellent communications skills on both a verbal and written basis
• To be able to work autonomously and use initiative
• Able to create rapport quickly
• Honesty and Integrity
• To be highly organised
Ideally you will also have a background in a Resourcing or Administration role previously but this is not essential. It is more important that you are ambitious and driven to succeed in an environment where you will be supported at every step.
