About Our Client
Due to internal promotions, this firm is looking to recruit an IFA Administrator and allow someone to take on a role that will offer progression as well as study support.
Job Description
As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Managing client review service cycle end to end
* Coordinating with clients to arrange annual reviews
* Preparing review packs - preparing valuations, checking compliance documents etc
* Maintaining client data on in house system
* Attending client meetings with advisers, taking notes/minutes, and preparing file notes
* Preparing and sending relevant paperwork to clients on behalf of adviser
* Ad hoc data projects
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this IFA Administrator role must have:
* Experience, ideally, within an IFA or similar financial services business
* Understanding of pensions or investment would be nice to have
* Strong attention to detail and work accurately
* Self motivated and willing to take initiative
* Strong organisational skills with ability to adapt and multi-task
* Experience of Intelligent Office or similar would be advantageous
