With a fully managed portfolio of approximately 50 prime properties and an additional 30–40 Let Only tenancies, the company prides itself on delivering tailored, high-quality service to its discerning clients. About the Role As Property Manager, you will oversee a high-value lettings portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. This role requires expertise in both Tenancy and Property Management, strong communication skills, and uncompromising attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of a prime lettings portfolio. Maintenance Coordination: Arrange contractor works, obtain quotes, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections, provide reports, and manage follow-up actions. Pre-Tenancy Preparation: Ensure properties are ready for new tenants, liaising with colleagues as needed. Tenant Interaction: Welcome tenants, explain the management process, and provide key contact information. End-of-Tenancy Processes: Advise clients and tenants, arrange check-out appointments, and manage deposit negotiations. Refurbishments: Coordinate property refurbishment and redecoration projects. Compliance: Manage safety certificates and ensure all health and safety requirements are met. Tenancy Progression: Draft Tenancy Agreements, Renewal Memorandums, and handle tenant referencing for both Managed and Let Only properties. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Tenancy and Property Management. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
