Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to be based in our in Romford branch (RM3 8UF), to support our team of Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFX) Engineers. Process all incoming deliveries Pick and pack orders Organise dispatch and delivery of goods Deliver out to any remote engineers not covered by a satellite location Commissioning of fire extinguishers Installation of fire extinguishers on customers sites Ensure product is stored safely and clearly marked with product codes Maintain a high level of communication with sales team Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with warehouse management system Promoting Chubb solutions to customers whilst onsite (Commission available) Lead and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes to deliver excellent customer service levels Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday (start times between 7.00am/8.00am) What We Would Like You To Bring Ideally have experience working in a warehouse or logistics Have strong IT skills across Word, Excel and Outlook Be customer focused with the ability to build relationships Have good written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving licence essential (50% of our day will be in the field) Additional Information About Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer You Established over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
