Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the commercial property team. Audio and copy typing of correspondence, contracts, and legal documents with a high degree of accuracy. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently. Handling telephone calls and liaising with clients professionally and confidently. Preparing property-related documents, forms, and reports. Maintaining an organised filing system, both electronic and paper-based. Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a secretary within a commercial property setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems. Excellent audio and copy typing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and professional approach to work with the ability to prioritise workloads.
