JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for:
Providing administrative support for Heads of Department and their teams.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Attending to all written correspondence, meetings, travel, and all manner of personal business.
2. Inbox management for CEO, screening all telephone calls.
3. Assisting with legal documentation and administration for the Chairman’s Property businesses.
4. Regularly establishing efficient and proactive working relationships on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring timely communications with partner organisations.
5. Responsible for front of house, meet & greet.
Limits to Authority:
1. Comply with operational practice as determined.
2. Comply with accounting/administration practices.
3. Comply with Health & Safety Regulations as determined by the Health & Safety Manager.
