WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
To be a strategic partner for the manufacturing site, supporting associates and managers by ensuring growth and development. Implement programs to contribute to the business success, empowering our people by developing leaders and associates, inspiring and creating a great place to work.
The HR Manager will have a direct impact on our Operations group, responsible for:
* Being strategic partners in driving effective human resources management
* Defining HR strategy for the manufacturing site
* Implementing HR metrics and defining actions to improve
* Implementing strategies to motivate, engage, and retain associates
* Improving processes
* Defining development plans for associates by IC reviews
* Training and coaching managers and associates on HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, compensation, recognition)
* Executing skip level sessions
* Reinforcing policies and behaviors to ensure a strong culture based on people
* Developing and empowering team members
* Completing Ethics & GIS investigations
* Managing compensation processes
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You will bring experience with well-demonstrated success in driving culture and behaviors, open communication, and teamwork.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law is essential
* Experience in a HR Generalist or Manager position, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Select HR, etc.
