You will work in a high performing team to receive and resolve Customer and Mortgage Intermediary queries relating to our mortgage and savings products and our online services. A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills are a must as this is a fast-paced environment as you will be handling a high volume of calls for the Society. About The Role ROLE SPECIFIC Supporting our Customers and Mortgage Intermediaries (Brokers), who have submitted a new mortgage application to the Society, solving their queries and providing updates to their application. Youll provide excellent customer service to our Customers and Mortgage Intermediaries, using our online Portal for mortgage and savings. Building excellent relationships with our customers via telephone, email and online, by providing a friendly and professional service. Dealing with queries in relation to new and existing mortgage and savings accounts. Applying an understanding of internal IT mortgage, savings and online application systems. Making a positive impact during every customer interaction, efficiently and effectively having the right conversations to meet our customers needs. Valuing the opportunity to help and support our customers by providing information on our products and services. Responding to queries within our Service Level Agreements using appropriate channels. Keeping accurate records on queries, discussions and agreements including notes on our internal systems. Maintain a detailed knowledge of our products, procedures, policies and services.
