Job Description IPS & Technical Project Manager – Availability Centre/Services -Submarines Full time Hybrid (3 Days in office per week) What you will be doing We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an IPS & Technical Project Manager to join the Availability Centre Team in the Services DBU. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in building and managing high-performing teams that people love to work in, and someone who will relish the challenge of taking the lead in a key role in delivery of the current and future submarine programmes. Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for: Leading and enabling our ILS, Technical Publications and PWR3 into Service teams within the Availability Centre. Leading our response to major in-service collaborative challenges to deliver best for enterprise outcomes. Delivery of continual improvement activities across your areas of influence. Delivery of enablement and projects using appropriate management methodologies, while providing visibility of work in progress, benefits expected and other key metrics. Effective collaboration with the key stakeholders across submarine enterprise to ensure enablement and project delivery. Primary escalation point for the teams, resolving impediments and working to continuously improve delivery, driving for consistent, predictable, high-quality deliverables. Why Rolls-Royce?
