We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Lincolnshire Co-op. In this cross-functional role, you’ll provide day-to-day supervisory leadership within our Pharmacy Warehouse operations, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with health and safety regulations, standard operating procedures and MHRA requirements. You’ll manage the receipt, validation and verification of incoming pharmaceutical and OTC products, ensuring packaging integrity and regulatory compliance. Working closely with the administration team, you’ll uphold inventory control processes, including stock rotation, accurate record-keeping and the maintenance of appropriate stock levels. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing order picking and prioritisation, ensuring accurate and timely shipments to pharmacies, healthcare facilities and customers. Managing warehouse opening and closing procedures, including security checks. Conducting visual checks on warehouse equipment and facilities, raising maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Supporting a high standard of housekeeping, hygiene and personal conduct throughout the team. You’ll lead by example, supporting colleague development through training, mentoring and regular reviews. You’ll also take responsibility for organising colleague rosters, ensuring smooth shift transitions and supporting the implementation of new standard operating procedures.
