Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
1. Hold a minimum of a current level 2 CIMSPA or exercise to music teaching qualification and relevant dance qualification.
2. Be passionate about bringing elements of dance to your classes.
3. Take responsibility to remain current and up to date with your qualification.
4. Understand the importance of and always operate a safe class.
5. Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate!
6. Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities, recognizing that every body is different and unique.
7. Good timekeeping, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and professional.
8. Creative, keeping classes fresh and alive, bringing elements of fun and energy.
