Trusts Manager A Leading Regional Law Firm is seeking to recruit a Trusts Manager to manage a small team and undertake a varied caseload of Trust matters. The Role As a Trust Manager within this team you’ll play a key role in the largest legal division within the firm. Your core duties will include: Managing a varied caseload of trust matters, ensuring compliance and timely progression Handling Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and Income Tax associated with trust administration Registering trusts, preparing Trust Accounts and Estate Tax Returns Supporting the investment of trust funds and the liquidation of trust assets Leading and mentoring colleagues within the Trusts team To Be Considered: Proven experience managing a broad range of trust and estate matters Strong knowledge of IHT, CGT, and Income Tax in relation to trusts Experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills Confident team leader and collaborator IT proficient – especially in Microsoft Office Preferably a qualified solicitor, ACA, or AAT qualified Why Join?
