Job Title: Property Manager Location: Norwich Salary: Up to £30,000 Package About the Role We are on the look out for a Property Manager to join a well-respected property management firm and become part of a happy team in Norwich. This is a rare opportunity due to the high staff retention rate as the business is known for its positive workplace culture. As a Property Manager, you’ll work Monday to Friday, with a rotation of 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (offering a half-day in lieu). The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations, providing exceptional service to tenants and landlords, and maintaining high standards of property care. Key Responsibilities Manage tenant enquiries, address concerns, and foster positive tenant relations to maintain high satisfaction levels Coordinate repairs, handle maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with safety regulations by liaising with contractors and suppliers. Conduct property inspections, report findings, and plan preventative maintenance as necessary Ensure compliance with all property laws and regulations, including lease agreements and safety standards.
