Job overview
Redbridge Home Treatment Team is a busy and friendly team. We are seeking a receptionist/administrator to support our work at our team base at Goodmayes Hospital in Tantallon House. The receptionist / administrator is at the heart of our service supporting clients and their families to receive the information needed and supporting the team to deliver high quality, timely, and responsive service. The communication aspect of the role in the team is essential for the wellbeing and safety of both clients and staff. We are looking for someone who is calm and friendly when dealing with challenging situations.
Main duties of the job
1. To receive and monitor clients in the waiting area
2. To answer calls and respond to voicemails from clients and staff
3. To manage the RHTT generic email inbox
4. To provide printing/photocopying for the team
5. To undertake the administrative process for new referrals
6. To liaise with IT/HR/RIO/Procurement/Training department
7. To raise purchase orders and procurement tasks
8. To ensure the safety of the RHTT team base
9. To assist senior team with developing streamlined and effective systems for the team

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process, new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
High-Cost Area Supplement - London
This post also attracts payment for High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436).

Organise and administer effective systems for RHTT; ensuring that requests for information and/or a service are dealt with appropriately;
Ensure that continual reception cover is provided for RHTT during normal working hours,
