Your role
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Gather data from various sources, analyze it, and compile it into comprehensive reports.
Create and maintain reports that highlight key metrics and trends.
Develop data visualization tools to help stakeholders understand complex data.
Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work with all towers to understand their reporting needs and fulfill them.
Your skills and experience
ITIL V4 Foundation certification is required, further ITIL certifications are desired
Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Attention to detail in data handling and reporting.
Written and verbal communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reports.
Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business goals.
Understanding of Service Management Framework
