The Management Operations team has responsibilities that supports our Technology CoE function. This role provides a great opportunity for a candidate who may be beginning their career or someone who is looking to pivot their career in another direction. It is an opportunity to learn a range of new skills due to the breadth of what we do and a springboard role to move into other areas of Technology/Bank. You’ll be part of the Management Operations team and will report to the Technology Business Engagement Manager Each role has tailored learning paths, and we are committed to developing our people and having strong development plans in place to set you up for success. What you’ll be doing Collaborating to engage our leadership team and colleagues through effective communications creation and events support. Supporting the Technology Org Model including Headcount Forum and processes related to recruitment requests. Curate learning resources, support the embedding of our Learning strategy including learning partner engagement and administration of requests. Colleague Engagement: Maintain and evolve our SharePoint knowledge hub and have ownership of driving the engagement with it. Support our Purchase Order process controls, facilitating our forum and follow ups. We need you to have Planning and organisational skills. A passion for researching and learning – new skills, tools as well focusing on your personal development. Passion for Data, including experience of Excel and SharePoint. Ability to draft internal comms with supervision support.
