The Terpex group is looking for a Dynamic Head of Marketing (From £40,000 Dependent on Experience). The role will shape & develop our go-to-market proposition for the local marketing strategies.
On the SLT & working closely with the heads of each business, the successful candidate will manage multiple budgets, an initial team of 2 with a roadmap to expand & with a view to the position growing to Marketing Director.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop & execute a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives to generate the MQLs required to deliver our growth plans.
* Lead marketing analytics & reporting.
* Own the marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, CAC (customer acquisition cost), LTV (lifetime value), & ROI tracking.
* Implement & manage marketing automation tools.
* Work closely with the directors and management teams.
* Analyse customer segmentation & behaviour to refine targeted marketing initiatives.
* Oversee digital performance, including SEO, PPC, social media, & email marketing analytics.
* Develop & manage content marketing strategies.
* Drive strategic partnerships & drive thought leadership.
* Lead, mentor, & develop the marketing team, fostering a data-driven and high-performance culture.
* Ensure best practices for A/B testing, CRO, & campaign performance tracking.
* Regularly report to the Director.
The business is looking to invest in marketing & expand our services within our group of 6 businesses. The successful candidate will have exceptional technology experience and preferably experience in the Construction, Architecture & Design industry.
The role is based in Dalkeith and the successful candidate will be expected to be based in the offices, with further flexibility for the right person.
