Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Office-Based Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing potential clients, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for both outbound and inbound sales activities—proactively reaching out to potential customers while also qualifying incoming leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services. You will engage with businesses interested in commercial EV charging solutions and solar PV installations, understanding their specific energy needs and educating them on how our solutions can add value.
As a central part of our sales team, you will collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact to project implementation. You will also play a key role in identifying trends, customer pain points, and market opportunities to help refine our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
* Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads from various channels, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.
* Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Sales Process Management: Maintain and update CRM records, track leads, and follow up systematically.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation.
* Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, EV infrastructure, or related industries.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
* Previous experience in lead generation and qualification is a plus.
* Competitive base salary up to 30k basic with performance-based uncapped commission.
