We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer queries, providing excellent support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to complex queries promptly and efficiently, meeting performance targets. Make inbound and outbound calls to charity partners, arranging book collections and resolving issues. Collaborate with our outsourced partner to resolve issues and provide advice on processes and systems. Handle escalated cases that require special attention. Work closely with colleagues and teams to meet customer needs and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our systems. Resolve queries across multiple platforms, websites, and marketplaces. What You’ll Need: Significant experience in a fast-paced e-commerce customer service environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with remote teams. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organisation, planning, and time management. Ability to thrive under pressure. Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and social media tools. Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday. This role is based on-site.
