Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Collaboration:
* Engage closely with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business requirements.
* Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
1. Functional Specifications and Documentation:
* Develop functional specifications for new product features, focusing on clarity to guide development efforts and establish clear acceptance criteria.
* Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation to facilitate clear understanding and efficient handover to development and testing teams.
1. Product Knowledge:
* Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge about Inspera's products, including their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications in various client scenarios.
* Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends.
1. Customer Acceptance and Support:
* Focus on securing customer acceptance of the developed solution by meeting established acceptance criteria and proactively addressing client concerns or feedback.
* Support regular business activities, including solution setup, configuration tasks, and guiding customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the education software sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
* Proficiency in documentation and specification writing.
